This machine is specially designed for grinding powdery materials with poor adhesion to rollers and prone to falling between rollers, such as guar gum, soap granules, Ganoderma spore powder, tea tree seeds, and similar materials.
After processing with this equipment, the viscosity of guar gum is significantly enhanced. The installation method is changed from the traditional horizontal roller arrangement to an irregular vertical design. The main working process involves feeding material into the slow roller at the top, performing the first grinding on the middle roller, and the second grinding on the fast roller. Even if material falls between the middle and slow rollers, it will automatically enter the middle and fast rollers for secondary grinding, ensuring sufficient grinding cycles. The output is discharged from the bottom, greatly reducing dust generation. If customers require a conveyor for feeding or discharging, it can be easily installed. This machine can be manufactured in hydraulic or manual versions. It is uniquely developed domestically and internationally and has received high praise from users. The equipment is protected by national patents.
